Agent login using Connect Rest API

Hello All,

I want to provide login to the rightnow agent console via the Connect Rest API that was released with the May 2015 version of Oracle Service Cloud CX. Does any one here know how this can be done? Any pointers in this direction will be greatly appreciated.




If I understand your requirement correctly, you are trying to automatically log agents in to the desktop console using an API? To my knowledge, the REST API is not the way to do this, you'll want to look into SSO (single-sign-on) and SAML (security assertion markup language) support for your version of OSvC.
