Hi, we are integrating Oracle Service Cloud with our Anywhere 365 platform. AW365 currently handles all phone and SMS text inquiries.
We are able to retrieve contact information, including incidents from Service Cloud and display them in our AW365 console window.
The part we are having problems with is being able to click on the contact that is pulled from Service Cloud and open that corresponding contact in the Service Cloud console. Agent will be logged in.
Same goes with the incident. Click on the Incident in AW365 and open that incident in Service Cloud.

How to unbind the click events on the SCCL’s link element which dynamically add Widget and bind in other event handler so Chat can start.

Below is the code
$res = RNCPHP\ROQL::queryObject( "SELECT Contact FROM Contact WHERE Emails.Address = '".$mail_addr."' AND Emails.AddressType = 0")->next();

WebComponents/Polymer and Syndicated ConditionalChatLink Compatibility?

Our custom site is built with Polymer (0.5 upgrading soon to 1.0). We're trying to use the Syndicated ConditionalChatLink widget but it seems they are not compatible. It appears when RightNow.Client.js calls document.getElementById("myChatLink") to initialize onclick event handlers nothing is returned because Polymer's shady/shadow DOM effectively hides it.
