Integration with Contact Center Software

Hi, we are integrating Oracle Service Cloud with our Anywhere 365 platform. AW365 currently handles all phone and SMS text inquiries.
We are able to retrieve contact information, including incidents from Service Cloud and display them in our AW365 console window.
The part we are having problems with is being able to click on the contact that is pulled from Service Cloud and open that corresponding contact in the Service Cloud console. Agent will be logged in.
Same goes with the incident. Click on the Incident in AW365 and open that incident in Service Cloud.

I am new to CXDev, can anyone suggest how to start with CX RightNow providing some links or tutorials.

Hi All,

I have a requirement to create an incident report based on the below conditions with these columns
2.Reference number
3.Carry over
4.Incident Created
5.Total Created Incident
6.Closed Status
7.Pending status

In the attached report image, I am getting the total count of "closed" and "pending" status of daily created incident.

I want to display the total count of the "pending status" of previous created date in the next column of carry over column(Variable)

not able to download CXDev Toolbox


Hi experts,

I know this tool is deployed through ClickOnce and has to be installed through Web. However for whatever reasons , I always lost the connection during the download and never make it . Is there any standalone version on a mirror site or somewhere that I can download from?

Downloaded and install the developer tool but not able to login with new register user. Please let me know how to get credential to login into the developer tool

New Site Feature: CX Features by Version matrix

Today I published a document that I've been working on for a while; my hope is to extend the benefit I receive to everyone else in the community. This document is a list of Oracle RightNow CX features by version. This will be a living page permanently in the left-hand navigation of As new CX versions are released, the document will be updated accordingly.

Does the CxDev support Japanese Windows 7?



I installed the CxDev into Japanese Windows 7.

But I could not see the password textbox.
My .NET Framework is 4.5.

I attached the screenshot, just in case.

Is there any plan to support Japanese windows 7? :)
